About the Role:
Join KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Summer, School Age Full-Time educator! This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with children in a dynamic environment, fostering their growth and creativity during the summer months.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities for school-age children.
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Encourage positive social interactions and teamwork among children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning environment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance program quality.
- Assist in the preparation of meals and snacks, adhering to health guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or related field preferred.
- Experience working with school-age children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for education and nurturing children's development.
- Background check clearance required.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate summer program hours.
