About the Role:
Join our vibrant team at KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as a Toddler Teacher! We are dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging environment for young learners, and we're looking for passionate individuals to help shape their early educational experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment for toddlers.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities.
- Monitor and assess child development and progress.
- Foster positive relationships with children and their families.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent a must; degree in Early Childhood Education a plus.
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor.
- Background check and references required.
