About the Role:
Join KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as an Infant Teacher from 9am to 6pm! This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture and inspire our youngest learners in a warm, engaging, and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education for infants in a nurturing setting.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Monitor and document children’s progress and developmental milestones.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent a must.
- Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
